Tell us what's coming — it's optional, but it helps

Ordered something to your Korean address? Report it here so we can match it to you the moment it arrives, even if the label is unclear.

Tracking number

Enter the Korean tracking number and courier from the store's shipping notice.

Store & items

Add the store name and the items with price and quantity (used for the customs declaration).

Submit

You'll find it in My account → Report Incoming.

We receive it

When it arrives we weigh and photograph it, and it moves to My Warehouse.
