How do I get my Korean address?
Create a free account. Your suite number and full Korean address (in English and Korean) appear on your dashboard with copy buttons.
Which stores can I buy from?
Any store that delivers inside Korea — official artist shops, Weverse, Coupang, Olive Young, Musinsa, Bunjang and more. If a store doesn't accept foreign cards, use our buying service.
How long can you store my packages?
Storage is free for 60 days after arrival, then $1 per package per day. Packages not shipped within 90 days are disposed of. We email you 7 days before each date.
How much will shipping cost?
Use the estimate above or the full rate calculator. Your final invoice is based on the packed weight and box size, plus a $1.50/kg service fee.
How do I pay?
Your invoice appears in your account. Pay by Wise or bank transfer — or ask for a PayPal invoice (+5% + $0.30). Then click "I've paid" and we ship.
What can't be shipped?
